Purpose of Report

I am submitting this report to document what I believe is an ongoing pattern of suspicious activity directed toward me. This is at least the third time I have reported similar concerns.

Prior to the end of my relationship with my former fiancée, Rachel Izola, I had never experienced the types of incidents described below. Since late 2025 and early 2026, I have observed repeated encounters involving recurring vehicles, unfamiliar individuals, activity near my residence, and concerns regarding photographs and digital evidence.

I understand these observations require independent verification. I am requesting that they be documented and investigated.

INCIDENT #1 – SHELL GAS STATION

July 8, 2026

Timeline

At approximately 1:24 PM, a white Jeep that I recognized from prior incidents entered the Shell station.

The Jeep displayed a Marine Corps license plate QFU9Y. I have observed this same Jeep and the same female driver on prior occasions.

Because of previous incidents, I became concerned and began monitoring the vehicle.

While standing outside smoking a cigarette and speaking with the Shell clerk about my concerns, a second vehicle arrived.

At approximately 1:35 PM, a Volkswagen entered the station. The vehicle displayed what appeared to be three chevrons on the rear-right side.

I took photographs of both vehicles and attempted to preserve them as evidence.

After reviewing the photographs, I observed what I believed were irregularities in the saved images. In particular, the Jeep photograph appeared different after being saved. I am unable to explain why this occurred.

The appearance of both vehicles caused me concern that I was being monitored or followed.

INCIDENT #2 –Racetrack LOCATION

Wawa – Hillsborough Avenue / Mendenhall Area

Shortly after returning from travel, I stopped at this wawa location while charging my Tesla.

During my time there, I observed several individuals and vehicles that drew my attention because I believed I had seen some of them previously.

Vehicles observed included:

A white Audi SUV driven by a large Black male.

A Tesla Model S driven by a tall white male with a distinctive tattoo.

A white pickup truck displaying a magnetic sign for an auto body business.

Based on information I later gathered, I believed the auto body business may be associated with the Meehan family, although I cannot independently verify that information.

Later that same day, after returning home, I observed a white Jeep displaying Marine Corps plate QFU9Y.

The same Jeep later reappeared during the July 8, 2026 Shell station incident.

The recurrence of the same vehicle and license plate contributed significantly to my concern that these incidents were not isolated.

INCIDENT #3 – RACETRAC GAS STATION

Approximately 11:30 PM

Racetrac Gas Station

West Hillsborough Avenue

Tampa, Florida

Shortly before departing on an international trip, I stopped at the Racetrac location.

While there, I observed a dark-colored vehicle, possibly a Ford, with heavily tinted windows.

I believed I recognized one of the individuals present from photographs I had previously seen.

I took a photograph of the vehicle and/or individual.

At a later date, I could not locate the image on my phone.

I cannot explain why the image was unavailable. However, the disappearance of the image contributed to my concerns because I had experienced other incidents involving photographs that appeared altered, removed, or otherwise unavailable after capture.

ACTIVITY NEAR MY RESIDENCE

I have observed individuals and vehicles near my residence on multiple occasions.

In particular, I observed an individual I identified as Anthony Meehan underneath or near my balcony on at least three occasions.

On one occasion, he appeared to be sitting in the area holding a fishing pole and remained there for an extended period of time.

After I photographed him, he packed up his belongings and departed.

I have also observed unfamiliar vehicles parked near my residence and unfamiliar individuals lingering in the area without an obvious reason for being present.

These repeated observations contributed to my concern that I may have been under observation or surveillance.

OVERALL CONCERNS

I believe that many of these incidents began after I discovered information online relating to my former fiancée, Rachel Izola, and other individuals known to her.

At this time, I cannot conclusively prove that any specific individual is responsible for the incidents described in this report.

My concern is based on:

The repeated appearance of the same vehicle (Jeep QFU9Y).

Recurring encounters involving unfamiliar individuals.

Activity occurring shortly after my return from travel.

Encounters near my residence.

Concerns involving photographs and digital evidence.

Photographs that appeared altered or became unavailable after capture.

The overall pattern and timing of these incidents.

I am requesting that law enforcement determine whether any connection exists among the individuals, vehicles, and incidents described herein.

EVIDENCE AVAILABLE

I may be able to provide:

Photographs of Jeep QFU9Y.

Photographs of the Volkswagen displaying three chevrons.

Screenshots and image metadata.

Notes documenting dates, times, and locations.

Travel records.

Prior police report numbers.

Witness information, including Shell personnel.

Possible surveillance footage from Shell, Wawa, Racetrac, nearby businesses, and residential security cameras.

REQUEST

I respectfully request that law enforcement:

Document and preserve this report.

Associate this report with any prior reports involving similar concerns.

Review available surveillance footage from the locations identified above.

Identify the white Jeep displaying Marine Corps license plate QFU9Y.

Document the Volkswagen displaying three chevrons on the rear-right side.

Review any photographs or metadata that I provide.

Advise what additional evidence would be useful if future incidents occur.

Determine whether the recurring encounters described in this report warrant further investigation.

What helped:

• Document everything – screenshots, timestamps, locations, messages. Even the small stuff adds up.

• Block and limit contact – changed numbers where possible, tightened privacy settings, and stopped engaging.

• Report it – Started with the platform(s), then local police. Many places have specific stalking/harassment laws. Get a case number even if they can’t act immediately.

• Reach out for support – Talked to friends/family for safety checks, and contacted resources like the National Stalking Helpline (or equivalent in your country), RAINN, or local victim services.

• Safety plan – Varied my routines, informed work/school, and considered a restraining order when evidence was solid.

It’s scary as hell and can feel isolating, but taking consistent steps does make a difference. You’re not overreacting – trust your gut. If you’re going through this, hang in there and prioritize your safety. Resources in comments if anyone needs them.
