doll- do you collect things? yes. idk i collect lots of random shit like pressed pennies and fortune cookie fortunes and movie tickets and fun buttons to go on my bag and actually just too much because i just don’t throw things away

paper- what are you currently reading? hmm well i’m still working on queers destroy science fiction, but i should start a non-short stories book too. (i mean also fanfic but that’s. different.)

milk- describe your family thanks andrew. so i’m an only child and i get along quite well with my parents in general partly because we’re all chill. on the other hand!my mom had four siblings, and her parents all have similar sized families and i have several cousins that are around at family things, so pretty good sized and they mostly actually like each other (even if everyone in that family is an insufferable smartass- almost like i’m related to them or something) and there’s lots of playing cards when they’re all in the same place. seriously so much cards- pitch mostly, but also quiddler and bs and hearts and five crowns and gin rummy. my mom’s parents had a garden in their back yard for a long time, and grew/canned their own food (now they’re too old to take care of it except for a few rows of flowers my grandma still grows) and you can’t leave without them giving you food (oh my lord they make so much food- it doesn’t matter if everyone is visiting or only two of you, there will be a full breakfast in the morning no matter how much you convince them you DON’T EAT BREAKFAST- this is also where i get non-sweet cornbread). they live in a town that’s so small, it’s not a one-stop-light town: it’s a no-stop-light town. AND THEN THERE’S MY DAD’S FAMILY. so my dad has eight siblings and everyone in that family is just. the Most Ridiculous. highlights include the annual stealing of the christmas tree on xmas eve, the time my uncle put a live catfish in the hot tub with other family members, “m&m fireworks”, finishing the thanksgiving turkey with a blowtorch in the kitchen, punting an old toaster across the yard, normalizing pool cues in bathrooms for me, and using trash cans as stand-ins for whoever isn’t there in family pictures.

1. Which Star Wars Film is your favorite of the Original Trilogy? return of the jedi anyone who says it’s bad is wrong

14. Would you rather be Sith or Jedi? jedi definitely. i’m trying to do a dark side playthrough of KotOR and i’m SO BAD AT IT I WANNA HELP PEOPLE (though to be fair i don’t really wanna be a jedi either i think their rules are restrictive and unnecessary and don’t leave room for the complicated situations of real life)

15. Would you rather be a Rebel or a member of the Imperial Navy? What would your role be? rebels, obvs, and idk maybe like working on codebreaking and shit? that’d be really neat and they probably have that

16. If you could be any species from the SWU which would you be? i mean i’ve always liked twi’leks just cuz they look cool, but it would also be interesting to be a species who lives underwater or something that humans can’t do

17. If you could date any species from the SWU which would you pick? why. why is this a question. i’d date a person who was cool, idk what species they’d be.

20. If you could BE one SW character, EU or not, who would you be? OH NO THERE ARE SO MANY CHOICES i mean being wedge antilles would be cool- you get to be part of the rebellion and be an ace pilot and not die for a really long time but also REY!!!!

21. What would your SWU name be? my character’s name in kotor is Ama Sialo and i’m kind of attached to her name, so i’ll go with that

What color would your lightsaber be, what kind would it be (double-bladed, single blade), would you dual wield, and what kind of grip would it have? ooooh hmmmm well my actual swordfighting experience is rapier fencing, so it would make sense to go with one single blade (and it’d be so much easier with a blade that isn’t solid metal to pull off the really fast disengages and stuff) and i’d probably want classic blue or maybe light purple?

27. Are there items you do not own but covet? What are they? YEAH i want one of the lightsaber replicas that’s like. good looking but also durable enough that you can actually hit people with it. but again. i have my mom’s original 1977 may the force be with you shirt so really do i need anything else?

29. Did Han shoot first? yes. but also, may i direct you to this shirt of lin-manuel miranda’s?

31. Are there things about the movies you wish you could change? If so, name 3. LET PADME DO THING IN ROTS!!!!!! bring someone in to read george lucas’s scripts for the prequels and tell him when stuff sounds dumb. get rid of the weird incesty/love triangle bits of OT. (also make finn/poe canon but i hope this happens in the next movies so i’m not counting it)

32. Which era would you want to live in? like, pre-phantom menace republic. less exciting but also way less dangerous (depending on where u live ofc)

35. Favorite SW costume for men? i’m not sure i understand the question?? han solo’s classic costume is hot bc vests, but also i always wanted to be ep3 anakin for halloween and never did it because until recently i thought it would be weird to wear a guy’s costume

36. Favorite SW costume for women? still not sure i understand the question but let’s go eu here because asajj ventress’s costume is SWEET

39. Do you Ship any SW characters who aren’t together? Who/why? i sort of vaguely ship obi-wan/anakin but super low key, uh idk if tenel ka and jacen ever got together in the eu because i only read young jedi knights but they were cute, and FINN/POE/REY but hopefully they do end up canon! and if not all three, i’d like finn/poe (fun fact if you ever wanna be sad about everything, read a book called secrets of the jedi, which is all about how everyone thinks they’re the first jedi to ever fall in love and none of them are and IF THE JEDI WEREN’T SUCH SHITS ABOUT PERSONAL ATTACHMENT THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED YOU COULD HAVE TALKED ABOUT IT)

45. What initially brought you to the Star Wars fandom? oh man. my parents are huge fans, but i didn’t watch any of the movies till i was 8 i think? and then i watched ep4-6 and then 1 in a very short time and became absolutely obsessed immediately, like reading everything online, reading the books, i desperately wanted to play kotor but it was never available for mac (LOOK AT ME NOW seriously i’ve waited 12 years to play this game i’m gonna talk about it all i want), i was really sad that my parents wouldn’t let me see revenge of the sith the night it came out, i was star wars characters for halloween multiple times, i still have an aayla secura poster on my wall, like i was SO INTO IT and then stuff really stopped coming out because i was reading the kids/ya books and they pretty much died out and everyone thought there would never be another movie and i never got into clone wars and now i’m remembering how much i love this series and it’s kind of the best thing ever

49. Do you think it they should continue the Skywalker Legacy or use entirely new characters? Or something different? if you mean old eu stuff, definitely be inspired by it but feel free to deviate because oh my god so much canon you can’t keep all that it’s contradictory and messy but also some of it’s great. personally, i’d like if they said all the stuff set pre-ep1 was canon because it shouldn’t affect what they wanna do with new things and I JUST WANT KOTOR TO BE CANON OK

54. Are you looking forward to the standalone movies and is there a character you want to see get their own movie? i’m looking forward to new star wars. period. i don’t particularly care about focusing on old characters, i’d rather learn about the new ones because so far, they’ve all been A+++++
