One headcanon I do have about Cezar this far is that he only has a motorcycle license as he grew up riding scramblers and has one he uses for personal enjoyment, but up until joining the Saints he never really bothered with cars. He can break into them, hot-wire them and just about drive them but his driving is so damn atrocious that Troy ends up giving him lessons after one too many close calls.

I’m gonna re-play SR1 to get a better feel for my new(ish) Boss Cezar; where his head was at during the events, how he took to gang life and the other members, hopefully try and get down a canon for him and so on and so forth but the real question here is...
