The morning after the Menagerie in Shattrath, there would be a special delivery to Khaeris. A white basket, lined with bright yellow satin, a yellow bow fixed to the handle, and filled with lemon cupcakes, a flower crown made with silk yellow roses, a soft hand-made yellow sweater, buttercup earrings, a fluffy yellow teddy bear, and a dozen sweet-smelling yellow roses. In the basket was also a blue envelope, and the note inside read;

Khaeris, I don’t know the actual date of your birthday, so I went ahead and put together this gift basket. Yellow roses signifies friendship, and I think yellow is an especially cheery color. I hope your birthday is wonderful, whichever day it actually is.

Andi really struggles with any kind of physical intimacy. She always assumes that men do not find her attractive, and therefore could never be hitting on her, or even be interested in her at all. This is especially compounded by the fact that she feels like she’s to blame, solely, for her relationship with Amorthon falling apart. She got scared and pulled away, and then pushed him away. He was the love of her life, and she knows she’ll probably never find anyone like him again, but now it’s way too late to try to get him back.
