if i engage with myself or anyone else about the extent to which i absolutely hate what they did to steve, i will erase myself from the bucky, stucky, cap, mcu and sebastian stan fandom so fast there’s no point in even being on here. true, i have dipped my toes in elsewhere anyways, but no matter my fickle nature and wavering attention span, this is bucky we’re talking about here. so until i’ve decided i don’t give a flying fuck about bucky, im not gonna engage with endgame, im not gonna think about endgame, or rather steve, bc you know, other characters, or tony if you will got an in-character earned-

okay, okay, im done. another factor is that my son just told me “oh you must always look for the bad stuff”, which isn’t really true bc it’s right there, heaped neatly on top, in plain view, hard to miss, but i get it. tlj, or r/ylo, let’s be real, basically flung me from the sw fandom, and ive only cautiously started coming in to orbit there, but this isn’t the second to last part, this is it. there won’t be any in canon retcons or fix-its, this is it. 

and i really don’t want to take away the enjoyment from other people who were satisfied and happy with the movie, i know my family actually quite like aspects of tlj but that movie hasn’t been played in this house at all, (unless they have viewing parties when im not around, which kudos guys), bc it pisses me off just to know the movie exists. and it’s insane. it’s just a movie, it shouldn’t matter, not this much. so for my own sanity and the peace of mind, im gonna step back, the negativity will do me in, i just cant focus on it. i won’t feed it it will come back but- nono im fine

so im not gonna do that again. im gonna nod and smile and not engage. im gonna tell people it was flawed but a good end to the saga and that’s it. for now. until the ulcer burns through me and my guts explode in a hail of hatred so bad th-
