I can't be the only one who has tried to read the Silmarillion about six times and not got even half way, right? There's too many names to remember that for me it's like reading a phone book! I'm 36 now. Maybe I'll have read it by the time I'm 60!
Yeah that’s accurate. It took me like 3 but I’m a student and have more time. In my opinion it gets easier once you get past the Valaquenta. The Valaquenta is my one of my favorite parts, ironically, but it’s easier to read a story with some narrative arc going on.
I thought his name was Anthony Padildo? Hehe. Jokes.

Preparing for dragon age inquisition because I am actually excited for the game to come out. Oh and I saved like a ton of resident evil blog names, some lotr ones, and some dragon age ones I was so sure were taken, but they were not. MUAAAHHAAAHAAAAAAA. I'm thinking of going to bed now. Or skyrim. Probably skyrim.
I'll try not to confuse people too much. I hardly ever change my icon or my url and it always has some kind of "arquen" in it so yeah.

Hey! Get some vitamin C tablets (the chewable ones) and take a few. They quite often ward off any colds I might get!

One of my aunts has just gotten back to me - she's researched one half (of mum's side) back to 1640!! And the other back as far as possible which is only the 1800's...but still - totally awesome!!
She's going to email all the details to me - now to wait for dad to (hopefully) get back to me with his details :)

Maybe you need to have one of those allergy tests or go to a naturapath or something. It's scary how often you get flare ups!
I'm going with plant reaction since the flare on my fingers has basically gone overnight (normally it hangs around for about 1wk). According to my doctor there's no real definitive test for my particular brand of eczema - which is a huge pain in the ass!
A lot of mine is stress related - So I'm trying really hard to reduce my stress levels - but that doesn't really work too well!
Luckily (or not so luckily) for me I have a co-worker who suffers even more than me with the same type of eczema. So we swap horror stories or suggestions on treatments. Neither of our doctors have a solution for us!
