I headcanon that Batman will look at one of his kids and just love them so much he'll think for a spit second. "This is my favourite kid."
And then he'll realise what he thought and mentally beat himself up about it until he's staring lovingly at a different kid and thinks the same thing, "This is the kid I get along with the most."
He feels horrible about it until he realises that he's thought this about all of his kids and maybe he does have a favourite it's just all of them.
