We're going for vibes here because I personally think there's a big difference between "intelligence, as in, able to figure things out via a variety of methods" and purely "able to crunch A LOT of data" which can also help one figure things out. and sometimes those happen at the same time but sometimes they're different and sometimes they just feeeeeeeeeeel different. And I'm not sure which one I'm counting as "smart" for the poll. so, y'know, that's helpful. hence vibes.
Prowl seems? Possibly? To sometimes be one and sometimes the other (especially in fanon). Perceptor strikes me as "figuring things out but not necessarily crunching them like a computer." but ART strikes me as both??¿¿ anyway, I KNOW THERE'S ALWAYS DIFFERENT SITUATIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS AND NUANCES, just looking for some opinions >:D
