Was that L word lobotomy by chance? That is a procedure done on the brain in which a piece is removed or altered. It was thought to restore mental order in patients. That's what a lot of people think Naomi has been doing to Cas, or will do to Cas. If there is a different L word that is more specific to injections with the eye and for specific memories, I'm afraid I don't know what it is. But there was a bit of information lately that said it's definitely with his eye, so if there is a specific procedure for that (similar to a lobotomy maybe?), that would be interesting.

Unfortunately, the key points do seem to be the scary ones. We know Cas is going to have, already has, had his memories messed with, and we know Naomi is coming at him with a tool, and we know he's bleeding from the eye and scared. Yes, it's a safe bet he remembers only the things Naomi wants him to remember, or lets him remember. I mean, no matter how you shake it, it doesn't look pretty or good for Cas or us. I'd prepare for handling the heartbreak bb.

But remember, pain doesn't have to last. Just because we know bad things have been happening to Cas doesn't mean we know the conclusion of the story line.
