honestly hsr writing as a whole feels and flows a lot nicer than genshin on average but a more specific thing that i feel just. Really enhances the immersion and feeling of the quests for me is just. the expressions. (and proper lip sync for more dubs than cn)
like peoples faces are actually doing smooth, natural-looking things even during regular dialogue and not just the animated cutscenes. its kinda crazy how big of a difference it actually makes
#no funds needed for open world so now u can watch things like jing yuan going thru the 5 stages in real time. worth#genshin writing makes me sad bc they kinda just get tripped up by being constrained by the traveler centric formula#and paimon#its not like its doomed or anything its been getting much better but. it has inherent issues and those will never go away lol#rambles#hsr
