The Anchor Project (December 4th) is when you draw an anchor on your wrist if you suffer from a mental illness. To make it applicable to everyone, I want to have the anchor signify any problem heavily weighing you down; something as simple as a final exam to anything as extreme as suicidal thoughts. The anchor symbolizes that you are stronger than any of these things. 

For this project, I would LOVE you guys could submit your anchors to this blog? Take pictures of your anchors and write what it means to you, of course only if you're comfortable.
