Motivation
I have been maintaining this past month since I've been back in university. I have a new waitressing job that makes me walk alot so yay for all the exercise and cardio, but I keep snacking at work and when I get home at 1 am I eat so much, so I feel so bad 🙈
I just want to start losing again , so I'm going to set a goal. I'm going to Bali in June and want to look amazing for the trip and be able to eat without feeling fat or guilty so I'm motivated to lose , I want to weigh 55kg by then so I need to lose 8 kg before then . That's 2kg per month which I believe is realistic I just need to form new habits and drop the old.
New habits
- Start morning with black coffee
- Then one glass of water before leaving my flat
- No snacking at work
- Tea, diet coke , diet energy drinks when feeling hungry
- Cigarette & water when craving
- No eating after work
- One healthy meal a day
- Excercise 10 mins a day
