PSA: Fyodor Can Control His Ability
I’m putting this in an analysis of his full Ability, but it’s taking a long time, so here’s the exerpt about what we can see his Ability doing:
“(...) Personally, I think it kills people (please be patient with me ^^;). As we can see with the two times his Ability has been used right in front of us, it has been almost exactly the same:
Both times, blood is seen spraying from the victim’s face, and a moment later they fall dead. That being said, it doesn’t appear to work instantly, as we see the boy Fyodor killed reflecting for a moment here:
The only difference between the two is that we see the boy reflecting on his life, but we can’t say definitively that Fyodor’s Ability also causes people to reflect on their lives, since we never see what the swat man thought.
So, Fyodor’s Ability seems to kill in a few seconds by some method that involves blood spraying from the face.
Furthermore, I don’t believe that it automatically kills on skin contact. As we can see here, the moment Fyodor activates his Ability to kill the swat man, there is absolutely no skin on skin contact:
That being said, Fyodor’s Ability doesn’t automatically activate whenever the act of touch, clothed or not, occurs upon him. We can see an example of my point here, when the boy from the ship towels off Fyodor’s hair and, subsequently, lives:
Call me crazy, but I highly doubt that the slightly thicker volume of the towel was the one thing that saved this young boy from his early bloody doom.
So to recap, Fyodor’s Ability is one that kills within a few seconds, sprays blood from the face, and can kill on indirect contact.”
