Description:

Anasaze is a wild planet with a thin atmosphere under a harsh sun. Anasazeans can survive for days subsisting on only a tiny bit of water. Anasaze are more akin to plants than they are to animals, in fact they are most similar in appearance and biology to cacti. Their upper body consist mostly of thick succulent leaves covered in defensive spikes. Their lower body, the bulb, holds their most important organ their brain. As a species derived from plant biology Anasazeans get the majority of their food from sun-light. Anasazeans spend most of their time rooted to the ground. 

Anasazeans live slow life styles as they are a relatively long lived species  are capable of living hundreds of years, the oldest Anasazeans being 894 earth years old. As such Anasazeans tend view other races as energetic and impatient.
