TW weighing frequency
bttrflywings answered your post: “How often are you weighing yourself? If it’s obsessive then get rid of it.”
Anabites also answered: “stop weighing!” (I’m paraphrasing)
I weigh most days (once per day). Some days I forget or decide I don’t care. And if I know i’m just bloated or don’t want to feel bad, then I skip it, sometimes for a few days. So no, it’s not so obsessive right now. I care more about my avg or range for the week than my actually daily weight. Obsessive for me means more than once per day.
Knowing my weight also helps me know when i’m not well (even if its just dehydration). I’m not being monitored medically these days, and I would MUCH rather monitor my weight myself than have some dumb doc/nurse/nutritionist judge my health based on a random number! I fluctuate w/fluids etc A LOT.

anabites replied to your post: So I’m reading all these comments...
I work with children and can confirm that a professional would NEVER want a child to lose weight. If their BMI is considered unhealthy they are supported to maintain their weight through encouraging the entire family to make small lifestyle changes.
Yup yup <3

tagged <3 THE RULES: 1. Always Post the Rules 2. Answer the questions the person tagged you and write 11 new ones 3. Tag 11 new people 4. Let them know you tagged them. The questions are on my blog xx
1. Where do you want to live when you grow up? I'm studying pharmaceuticals and want to get into skincare and cosmetics, so I want to live in Europe, maybe Switzerland, and work for a company there!
2. Chocolate, Caramel or Vanilla? This is a hard one!! I like caramel fillings, but vanilla flavourings.
3. What is your favourite sport to watch? I really enjoy watching tennis. My favourite player was Marat Safin, but he is now retired.
4. Who is your celebrity crush? I absolutely love both Damian Walshe-Howling and Firass Dirani(I'm obsessed with Underbelly!) As for Hollywood, Jude Law and Colin Farrell. I'm allowed to have 4 crushes, right? :P
5. What is your biggest pet-peeve? I get incredibly frustrated when people leave their dishes out to airdry instead of using a tea towel. I also hate the use of hankies!!!
6. If you could only own one electrical appliance what would it be? The vain side of me is going to take over and say hair straightener. There are many other means by which I can find out information, keep informed on the news, and contact my friends, but my hair is something I love to straighten. I find it very soothing.
7. Are you a leader or a follower? I am both and neither. I lead in situations where I am not intimidated, I follow when I am unsure, but for the most part, I do my own thing.
8. If you were stuck on an island and had to choose a person to be there with you who would it be? My best friend Madeleine. She has been on exchange in Denmark since January 2013, and I miss her so much. We can talk about anything and also disagree with each other, which can be a good thing. I wouldn't get sick of her.
9. Do you want to have children? Ever since the age of about 10, I have been averse to the idea of having children myself. I am really quite bad with babies, I don't want to be pregnant, I don't want to give birth, and I don't think I would be a very good mother. I feel like I would sub-consciously impose all of my anxieties onto my children, which I wouldn't want.
10. What is your favourite colour? Yes I do, it's yellow! Particularly lemon. At my old house, my bedroom walls were yellow, and it made my room vibrant and fresh.
11. Do you have a television programme that you can’t stand? Gossip Girl! I've watched two episodes, and both actually made me cry because of how bitchy it is. I do not like it at all.
And here are my questions for you!
What is one of your idiosyncracies?
Do you pronounce H as 'haitch' or 'aitch'?
What is a trait that you love in other people?
Do you prefer television or the internet?
Is there an activity that always relaxes you?
Morning or night person?
What is your go to outfit?
Describe your idea of a day devoted to 'me-time'.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
What do you think the best way to help a friend in need would be?
Are you flippant or frugal with money?
Enjoy!! :)
