Killing Time, Part Three

I had some time to kill (while my car got worked on) and was able to shoot a few Amtrak trains in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It was a brisk, bright morning and I tried to capture some fall color.

This is a westbound Blue Water (365) near the campuses of Kalamazoo College and Western Michigan University. The line was once the Michigan Central, part of the New York Central system (then Penn Central and Conrail). It now is Amtrak's own line.
