#amethio x reader

WARNING: mentions self harm, and hurtful thoughts. This is kinda of a filler because I am currently writing a Dot x Reader and before that I wanted to put some of y’all through some… comfort I actually don’t know wtf Reader and Amethio are, guess you just have to read to find out 😜. (You better read this, pls do. Ik i sound desperate bc I am…)

You had always been the one that everyone looked up to literally and figuratively. You towered over most people including Amethio, who seemed to hate your guts. You always had a smile on your face, at least to the public eye you always did. But your Pokemon knew better. They knew the person who sat in the corner of her room crying and curled up in a ball as they comforted you. You treated them well, even better than how you treated everyone else, if that was even possible.

Amethio glared up at you as you rested your arm on his head as an arm rest while smirking down at him. “Hey shorty,” before you could even finish the rest of your sentence Amethio pushed your arm away.

“don’t touch me” he said coldly as you laughed loudly.

Damn he really does hate me. Probably just an annoying useless brat to him. I wish I could just tell him that I- no having a crush on him is just as weak as being a newly born magickarp.

The dark thoughts were rolling in but you kept your perfect champion smile in place. Your Pokemon noticed the slight change in your demeanor and were ready to protect you at any moment. But before you could say anything else he turned his back to you and left.

Later that night when the Explores’ base was finally quiet you let out a soft and incredibly quiet sob. The tears started flowing easily as you gripped your long sleeves. You Sylveon wrapped a feeler around your wrist stopping you from hurting yourself. As your other Pokemon looked worried. Suddenly a firm knock echoed through your door. All of your Pokemon froze and so did you.

“(Y/N), we have a mission tomorrow at dawn. Don’t be late.” Amethio. He started to open the door and you quickly jumped to your feet and wiped your face quickly putting your smile back on. You pulled down your long sleeves to make sure no one could see you wrists.

He opened the door fully and stared at you for a second raising an eyebrow slightly. “What are you doing?”

“Oh I didn’t know you cared about me Amethio,” you said already stepping into his space. Instead of stepping away like he usually did he stood there, narrowed his eyes, then turned his back to you.

“tomorrow, 6, you better be there. Otherwise I’m leaving without you.” He said before leaving and shutting the door.

you looked over at you Pokemon and sighed, “almost got caught.”

You couldn’t sleep that whole night. You were thinking of a certain someone.

the next morning, when you got to the decks Amethio was already waiting there. “Finally, we are leaving now.” He said.

“What do you mean finally? I’m ten minutes early.” You said staring at him, well more of his back than him.

He spared you one look over his shoulder, “Could’ve been earlier.”

You glared at him, the audacity of this guy, first treating you like he’s better than you, second walking into your room without a warning, third just being a straight up jerk!

You two had decided that you’d set up camp at a small opening. It was small and quite very green area. No buildings for miles. You were sitting infront of the small fire.

“(Y/N),” you looked up from the fire to see Amethio, “you’ve been acting weird.” It wasn’t a question, it was an observation.

You just blinked at him for a second. “What? Why would you say something like that?” You tried to laugh it off but it was slightly hard to actually laugh when you knew you were to close to getting caught. And with Amethio standing above you (for once), staring at you intensely.

Later that night, your Pokemon were completely sick of you hiding it. Everything from everyone.

Sylveon, and (Pokemon) shared glances Sylveon slipped out of your room while your others watched you carefully. Sylveon padded down the halls of the Explores’ base until he found exactly who he was looking for. Amethio. Sylveon wrapped a feeler around Amethio’s wrist, and started walking towards your room.

“What are you doing?!” Amethio questioned to the Slyveon pulling him somewhere. Sylveon huffed softly wrapping another feeler around his waist and pulling him harder. Amethio clenched his jaw and started following the Pokemon.

He got to your room and stared at the door, then the Pokemon looking up at him expectingly. He was confused, why would your Sylveon drag him here. It didn’t make any sense. He opened the door slowly.

What he saw was completely unexpected. You were sitting in the corner of your bed your Pokemon surrounded you trying to comfort your shaking form. You didn’t even notice him there. He froze, he shouldn’t be here he thought.

but then he looked down at your Sylveon, then the Pokemon surrounding you then at you. He knew something had been off just not what. He slowly closed the door and approached the bed as your Sylveon loosened her grip on his wrist and let go of his waist completely. Sylveon hoped onto the bed. Slowly he sat down on the bed keeping his distance.

You instantly snapped your head up and locked eyes with Amethio. You quickly tried to wipe your face and put on your usual smile, but looking into his eyes, you couldn’t. “Don’t look at me” you said burying your face in your knees.

Amethio adjusted his position on the bed sitting slightly closer to you and put his hand out slightly, just letting it rest there. It was an invitation. You looked at him out the corner of your eye and slowly put your hand over his.

“Listen to my breathing.”

He wasn’t comforting you like most people did, he just sat there as your anchor. Your breath started to slow down as your mind started to clear.

The next day you were your usual smiling self, you and Amethio returned to being “enemies”. But later that night he slipped into your room again and was your anchor.

(Amethio X Female! Reader)

Continuing the mission... (Chapter 2)

Pokémon name = P/N Pokémon Move = P/M F/P/N - Flyable Pokémon Name

Liko and Sprigatito open their eyes to find themselves surrounded in a green sphere of energy created by her pendant. Looking around, they spot a mysterious Pokémon before them. The Pokémon was floating in the air and they looked at Liko for a few seconds before reverting back to its amulet form, the sphere disappearing as well. She manages to pick up her jewelry before falling to there doom.

Friede and his Charizard manage to catch and save her just in time thankfully. “Hey, you two! Try not to be so reckless.” Friede scolds her, Liko feeling a bit down but he smiles and lifts up his pilot goggles. 

“That being said… I admit, I like your courage.” Friede compliments and Liko looks at Sprigatito while holding on to her pendant. She reflects everything that has happened in her mind.

“Sorry, Miss elegant lady! We’ll battle some other time. Now then, you ready, Charizard?” Friede puts on his pilot goggles back and turns away to fly off.

As the Explorers watch them flee, Amethio’s eye twitches from the nickname Friede called Y/N but then focuses on more important matters, putting a hand on his chin. “That glowing light was the pendant?”

Y/N chuckles and smiles. “Miss elegant lady, huh? What a nickname he has given me… hehe, even a stranger compliments while you rarely do.” Y/N teases Amethio, he gives her a frown.

Onia walks near the both of them and questions. “Given the situation, what are your orders now, Miss Y/N and Amethio, sir?” Y/N takes out P/N’s Pokéball. “P/N, return. We’re going on an aerial chase to get to Liko.”

“Let’s go.” Amethio orders and all of them look at the sky. “Yes!” Onia and Zirc say before the four of them change into their normal outfits. 

“Go, Skarmory!” The two subordinates call out while Amethio takes out a different Pokémon. “Go, Corviknight!”

Before Y/N takes out her Pokéball with her F/P/N, she turns to Amethio and smirks. ”Amethio… could I ride with you on your dear Corviknight per chance?” Y/N playfully questions, petting his Pokémon which they seem to enjoy a lot. 

Amethio’s face slightly grows pink. “Absolutely not… and stop with the teasing all the time… especially when we have work to do.”

”Hehe, just thought I would ask. There’s harm in it, right?” Y/N shrugged and giggled. “Come on out, F/P/N!” The Explorers get on their Pokémon and fly to continue their pursuit for the pendant.

They head to where Liko is at, which was on an airship called the “Brave Olivine”. Amethio and Y/N were riding next to each other while their comrades being behind. 

“Is that it?” Amethio questions as they see the airship. “Looks like it. My… I have to admit, it’s capitalizing.” Y/N replies, her voice filled with some happiness. Unfortunately, there was an upcoming storm ahead of them.

”Storm ahead. What are your orders?” Onia asks, her and Zirc get more closer to Amethio and Y/N. “We’re really close to catching up with them. We cannot afford to give up now.” Y/N answers, all of them going faster from her command.

Following up closer to the Brave Olivine, they notice that the airship is steering into the storm. “Wait, are they flying into the storm?” Onia questions, getting concerned of why they are doing that and tries pulling back a bit. “That seems way to risky. What now, Miss Y/N and Amethio, sir?” Zirc adds up and turns to The Explorer admins.

“They are trying to lose us in the storm and widen the gap between us from them… we’re still going after them. Losing sight of the pendant is not an option, a little risk will be fine.” Y/N replies, her and Amethio not being fazed at all by the threat.

“We’ll use the airship to shield us from the wind! Follow me!” Amethio commands, quickly taking the lead to guide them. “Yes, sir!” Onia and Zirc say, Y/N following more closer behind him.

“…Stay close to me, Y/N.” Amethio whispers so Y/N doesn’t hear it, his eyes turn to glaze at her. Despite being looking calm and formal on the outside, Amethio’s heart pounds a little faster when he looks at Y/N. He keeps his eyes glued on her for a few seconds before swiftly turning to back to the Brave Olivine.

The four of them get really near to the airship and are soon at the wing deck. They start breaking through the forcefield on it, managing to get on board and get off of their Pokémon. Amethio fixes his hair from to the rain while Y/N sneezes from the coldness. He noticed that and turns to look at her, a bit concerned.

“Don’t catch a cold now, Y/N.” Amethio says as their group starts trying to get Liko. He puts hand on Y/N’s shoulder, Y/N smiles at him nods. She puts her own hand on top of his to assure him she will be fine. “I know, and… I won’t, I promise.”

Lighting strikes around the Brave Olivine as the Explorers walk up the stairs of the airship. Amethio helps with Y/N to getting up due to the condition, being unsteady from the weather.

“Watch your step, be more careful, Y/N” He says, holding Y/N hand and keeping it like that for as long as possible before he has to let go. She chuckles at his overprotective, amused that Amethio cares so much. Y/N wanted to tease him but, she thought she had done enough of that… for one day.

They enter a door to where Liko is with some Pokémon, who are visibly frightened. They draw near her, Sprigatito meowing at them angrily. Amethio and Y/N get more close to her while their associates stay behind them, their glazes stayed on Liko.

”Why did you run away from us, Liko?” Y/N politely asks and bends down to get to Liko’s height but Liko doesn’t try to make eye contact with them. “I don’t know but…”

“But you do think you can trust the people on this airship?” Amethio interrupts Liko, which makes her a little annoyed by his comment. “I don’t know.” Y/N looks at him with an angered look since Y/N is trying a friendly approach with Liko but turns back. 

“The pendant you’re wearing… May I know what was that light?” Y/N tries putting her hand on Liko’s shoulder so she can lower the tension but pulls back. “…I don’t know either… “ Liko’s voice seems more calm from Y/N’s soft tone.

”You’re full of things you don’t know, aren’t you?” The tone switch after Amethio’s comeback from Liko for not knowing anything. Onia’s arms crossed and Amethio’s hand on his hip. Y/N sighs and gives up on trying to be gentle with Liko, standing back up.

“I guess. But I do know one thing.” Liko replies with some intensity in her voice. “Oh?” He says, Liko turning to Amethio and gives him a glare. “I sure don’t trust you. Not in the slightest… not even her.” Liko looks at Y/N, clearly talking about her.

Sprigatito meows angrily once more and tries lunging at Amethio but Onia easily holds them back. “Wow. What a naughty little Pokémon you are.” Onia comments as she drags Sprigatito away from Amethio, the Pokémon squirming. The two subordinates smirking from at Sprigatito, who was still trying to attack one of their leaders.

“Sprigatito! Stop it. If it’s the pendant you want, you can have it. Just put Sprigatito down!” Liko immediately getting up from her position, scared of what the Explorers are going to do to her partner. Y/N feels a bit guilty, looking at Liko. She looks her back but with a begging look. “Please…”

Y/N does a sigh and looks at Onia. “Let go of her please.” Onia instantly drops the Pokémon, following her Y/N’s order. “Yes, Miss Y/N!” Sprigatito quickly runs back to Liko, getting picked up into a hug.

“At first, our target was just the pendant. But… it seems like your amulet has a secret behind it from what we saw early. And it looks like, that secret has some connection on you, Liko. So unfortunately for you, you’re going to have to come with us… my apologies.” Y/N explains, Liko’s face saddens and look at the rest of the Pokémon, she thinks on what to do.

“Well?” Amethio questions and Liko turns back to them once she has come up with her response. “I will come with you.” Y/N nods and gives Liko her hand to help her get up, which Liko takes. She turns to the airship’s Pokémon. “Everything’s gonna be all right now, okay?” The Pokémon whimper from Liko leaving.

The five of them walk down the stairs and head to the Wing Deck. A pink haired woman named Mollie, who’s from the Brave Olivine, sees what’s happening. “Oh, no! Liko!” She tries stopping them and gets up from what she was doing before but before anyone can do anything…

“Hey! What do you think you’re doing?” Friede swoops down like he did last time, but this time, with a Pikachu. “Here we go.” Mollie says and Friede looks at her. “Look after the Pokémon!” He demands and Mollie nods as she runs to them. “On it!”

Friede has his attention on the Explorers and Liko. Onia and Zirc take out their pokéballs, grunting and getting ready for a Pokémon battle. Y/N blocks them with her hand to stop their comrades, smiling. “We can handle this.” Both of them slightly gasp once again but follow her order. Liko tilts her body to look at Friede with a worried expression. “Don’t do this. It’s okay!”

”You can relax. I’m not gonna let anything happen to you and Sprigatito.” Friede gets off of his Charizard, lifting his pilot goggles to his head as he walks towards them. “So you guys are part of this “Explorers” group I keep hearing such great things about, eh?” Y/N looks at Friede bit offended from being sarcastic but it’s hardly noticeable.

“I am Amethio.” He introduces and Friede follows up. “Hey there again, buddy! What about you? Miss elegant lady? I gotta know who was battling with me, so gracefully!” Friede says, looking at Y/N.

”I’m Y/N, do forgive us for being so… forward. We didn’t mean for such a… bold first greeting.” Friede chuckles at her and Amethio frowns at him. “No problem, my name’s Friede, a.k.a. leader of the Rising Volt Trackers.”

”Can’t be much of a leader if you’d fly right into a storm.” Amethio says with much coldness, yet appearing emotionless. “You boarded my ship without permission, pal!” Friede replies back at Amethio.

”Now that we’ve gotten what we came here for, we’ll be leaving now, Friede.” Y/N’s head turns to look at Liko. Friede walks towards her, making her face him. “Uh, I’m afraid that’s not gonna happen.” Both Friede and Y/N glare at each other.

“Well then, gentleman, shall we continue what we started earlier?” Friede smiles. “That’s the spirit! I expected nothing less from Miss elegant lady!” Y/N smirks and lets Amethio be in front of her. “Oh, but not with me, it’s my other coworker turn… if that’s alright with you?” Y/N looks at both them, Friede giving a thumbs up for approval and Amethio nods.

”Alright then, Charizard, return!” Friede takes out his pokéball for his Charizard and he starts walks to the other side of the battle field that the Brave Olivine had. The Explorers and Liko go somewhere else that would get in the way of the Pokémon battle but, Y/N keeps by Amethio’s side to stay closer to him. “What is the meaning of this?” Amethio questions.

“What do you think? All right, Cap, let’s go!” Friede chooses his Pikachu instead of his Charizard, making Amethio saw it as a taunt. “Pikachu? You should not take me lightly.” Amethio’s eye twitches, unimpressed with Friede’s partner he picked. “Right back at you, my friend!”

”Hm. Friede’s right. Don’t let your guard down just because he is using a Pikachu. You never know what your opponent’s capable of.” Y/N crosses her arms and looks at Amethio, him scoffing. “You hear that Amethio? Even your girl agrees with me!”

Y/N blushes a bit, Amethio doing the same but gives Friede a death glare. “She’s not my- never mind. I won’t be pulling any punches.” Amethio brings out his Ceruledge. “Well, speaking of punches. Go, Cap! Use Thunder punch!” Pikachu starts off with the first move, which Ceruledge parries it without issue. “That barely scratched Ceruledge.”

”Next! Use double team!” Friede has Pikachu use for the second move. “Ceruledge, use Psycho Cut!” Ceruledge tries to deal with the copies with their move but one gets behind them. “And now, use Thunder Punch!” Friede orders to his Pikachu, about to attack.

”Quickly, Bitter Blade!” Ceruledge stops the Pikachu but it turns out to be a fake one. This leaving Amethio, Y/N, and Ceruledge surprised but Friede laughs. The real Pikachu is revealed to be standing on top of the Brave Olivine, summoning a thunderbolt that strikes them and getting powered up. Y/N and Amethio shield their eyes due to the bright light from the electric energy. “Such a brilliance shine, Friede’s Pikachu is glowing…!” Y/N says, trying to take a peek.

“Looking great, Cap! Go! Use Volt Tackle!” Friede points to Ceruledge, which his Pikachu powerful rammed into them. “No, Ceruledge, use Pyscho Cut!” Amethio orders to fight back, but it ends up missing on accident. It strikes the room with all the other Pokémon are in, causing smoke, everyone looking concerned.

“Stop it! Please stop!” Liko interrupts the Pokémon battle, walking in the middle of the battle field and then stops once she’s there. “I just- I don’t want to cause you any more problems.” Liko looks at Friede with guilt that she’s harming the Pokémon and the airship.

“Huh? What are you saying, exactly?” Friede confusingly questions at Liko. “I just don’t want anyone getting hurt ‘cause of me.” Liko replies and while at a distance, Mollie tries getting out the Pokémon from that place that was damaged.

”Miss Liko… Friede, she’s agreeing that she will come with us, there’s no use in other arguments now that she has come to her decision.” Y/N says, walking towards and Liko looks at Y/N, ready to surrender to her. “Y/N… please, I’m sure Sprigatito feels the same.”

Liko tries to comfort her Pokémon with a pet on the head but Sprigatito jumps out of her arms, causing Liko to fall onto the ground. Her Pokémon deciding overwise and starts crying out to Liko with determination to fight back.

Seeing Sprigatito not giving up, Liko realizes she has been lying to herself. Tears form a bit in her eyes but they go away quickly. Her partner facing Y/N, Amethio, and Ceruledge as they walk up to Sprigatito.

They are then stopped when Liko gets infront of them, standing up for herself. “All right! Let’s go!” Mustering up all the confidence she has, Liko takes a deep breath and yells. “Use Leafage!” 

Sprigatito erupts an unusually powerful move, which was aimed at Amethio, who was caught off guard since he was thinking it would be normal or weak. Y/N gasps, noticing itfaster than him. “Amethio!” She pushes him out the way but it causes her to be on top of them, which Amethio flushes from the position they are in.

Ceruledge manages to protect his trainer and Y/N from the Leafage. The move’s intensity shocks everyone from its power, Liko feeling proud of herself and her partner for finally using a move properly like that together.

The attack being strong enough to shatter the forcefield around the Wing Deck, but it also allows the stormy winds to come in. Onia and Zirc grunting, spending out their Skarmory which they plan use when they leave.

The people starting get blow off the airship, Y/N and Amethio get up with each other’s help. Friede catches Liko from falling off but is unable with her Sprigatito. “Oh, no!”

Y/N takes this opportunity of their situation and grab on to Sprigatito in her arms. “Sprigatito! Please don’t do this, Y/N!”

Y/N feels bad for Liko but takes out her F/P/N, Amethio doing the same with his Corviknight. With their Pokémon in the air, their other teammates come for them as well. “What now, Amethio and Y/N?” Zirc asks with Amethio’s Ceruledge.

“This storm is gonna swallow us up, Miss Y/N and Amethio, sir!” Onia adds up as Y/N tries holding on tight with Sprigatito in one hand while the other on F/P/N. Amethio looks at Y/N then looking at the situation. “Time to retreat, hold on tight, Y/N.” Amethio orders and Y/N nods.

“Sir!” Onia and Zirc follow as the Explorers flee away. “Sprigatito! Sprigatito!” Liko cries out, helpless watching her Pokémon get kidnapped while Friede still holds on her in place.

It was a paper cut and a hangnail I pulled too much… guess is the one I did on purpose… and lowkey kinda enjoyed doing, bro I just sounds WEIRD. Anyways, I haven’t had a paper cut in so long so when I got it… IT REMINDED ME OF HOW MUCH IT HURTS, like I might be over dramatic but… still!

I’m so sad! Jk jk, but it did hurt. So for now, I’ll try not to do that again… no promises since I’m pretty clumsy lol. Anyways, have a nice day/night and I’ll see you in the third one!

How it began… (Chapter 1)

Pokémon name = P/N Pokémon Move = P/M

Amethio and Y/N were both higher-ups within the Explorers. It was interesting how Y/N was just a teenager, yet she was able to get into the Explorers… let alone being an admin. How she became a member of the Explorers was like most of them too.

Y/N was a regular trainer setting off on her journey. She caught Pokémon, challenged gym leaders for their badges, learned more about the world, and etc.

It wasn’t until too far into her journey, when she met a man named Hamber, who was the second-in-command of the Explorers. He wanted her to follow his leader, Gibeon, on a mission and offered to personally trained her with the other members.

Hamber chose to recruit Y/N because while he watching her closely, he saw that she was extremely talented and sensed something in her that made him think she was needed in the Explorers. He didn’t want that to be wasted so he took matters in his own hands.

Y/N soon accepted into joining the organization, working efficiently to elevate new heights. Hamber and Gibeon both agreed she was worthy due to her surpassing expectations from them and she did not disappoint them once. Y/N also got along her coworkers, treating Gibeon and Hamber with the upmost respect.

Due to all of her progress, she was the one of the first people to personally meet and work with Amethio, Gibeon’s grandson. It was also because they noticed that the two have the most similarities, compared to the rest of the Explorers.

Amethio acknowledge the fact Y/N was in a high position despite being around the same age, but he didn’t have much of an opinion on her. It was clear that he was the type of person to work alone. So, their relationship was first started off like nothing special.

It was until one fated day… where Y/N finally took an real interest in Amethio. 

Y/N came across him training and decided to observe his battling style. She was soon amazed by him as she continued watching him more. Without hesitation, Y/N excitedly came over to Amethio and challenged him in a Pokémon battle. He declined to at first, but after her persistence, he reluctantly agreed.

This later then sparkled a friendly rivalry between them. Although they were still distant, the two had an eye for each other. Soon, they were assigned missions together, and during their work, Y/N started to feel… differently for Amethio.

She didn’t how exactly it happened, maybe it just came out naturally or along the way? But, never once did she questioned it or cared. Y/N simply thought she would stick to what her body was feeling for Amethio. Perhaps she just was drawn to him… or maybe he’s just the type of guy she’s into?

Y/N began admire him, her mind even starting to think about Amethio oftenly. She started doing nice gestures to him like, giving out compliments or advice or helping him out with tasks, buying/making little gifts for him, spending her time to talk with him. The only natural things Y/N thought she could do so she’d know more about him.

Amethio, on the other hand, still did not care about her. He treated Y/N like he did with the other Explorer members… maybe a bit more cold to her from Y/N trying hang out with him more. Amethio wanted nothing to do with her, not wanting a distraction that would get him in the way to what he was aiming for.

But once he got to learn more of her, Amethio started to warm up. The time with each other really made him understand Y/N was like. He’d found out that his glaze would be looking at her most of the time, before quickly snapping out of his daze. Amethio would also unconsciously worry about her, even if it was the littlest of things. It was almost like… he desperately wanted to protect her.

As more time went by, the two work together on assignments more. Y/N and Amethio became close and became partners in crime almost. It was quite rare to just see one of them without the other.

But then… Amethio’s feelings towards Y/N, slowly turning into something more stronger… something that he has never felt.

He would feel his body getting hotter when Y/N did her normal sweet gestures to him. Amethio started thinking Y/N was… beautiful, in every way. The little things she did made him want to stay with her as much as possible. Her personality and when she would speak to him, made his heart skip a beat.

Was it that he was having a crush on her or…. starting to love her? In no way Amethio was starting to think that about Y/N…

“No, that’s absurd. There’s no time for romance anyway. I need to block these feelings… I have to at least hide them or else… I can’t reach to what I need.” Amethio thought, a hand running though his hair frustratedly.

…Excuses, is what Amethio thought, denying and lying to himself about such feelings he had for Y/N. But how can you stop the love that you have been feeling for so long… if it’s only just going to grow more and even stronger? 

Although, there was one thing right about that excuse. He was able to hide it… or as much as he could.

As for Y/N… it was a secret. Despite how she is, Y/N is way more mysterious. Only time will tell… But one thing for sure was, it wasn’t that love she’s feeling for Amethio… probably.

It was until one particular mission that the two had on… that changed almost everything. 

They were sent to retrieve a pendant from a young girl named Liko. The task also included two other subordinates under them, a woman named Onia and a man named Zirc.

Tracking her down to where she was and finding her to be in a school called “Indigo Academy”. They agreed to go there and once Y/N and Ametbio arrived at the front gate, he lifted his head up to look at the place.

“This is it.” Amethio says, with a cold expression Y/N has always seen on his face. Her eyes slightly widen from seeing the school, sparkling with interest. She puts a hand on her chin, examining the building.

“This academy is sure a beauty… don’t you think so too, Amethio?” Y/N turns to look at him and smiles. She steps a little closer to him, putting her hand down.

“Focus on our mission, Y/N. We don’t have time to idle.” Amethio frowns and makes eye contact with her, his words being ruthless but Y/N doesn’t mind, actually chucking from his seriousness.

“Hehe, of course. Hm, you do look quite sharp in that suit. There’s just one thing though…” Y/N points to his tie, Amethio follows her glaze and sees it as well.

“It’s hardly noticeable but I have a keen eye for these type of things. Now, hold still for me please.”

Y/N starts adjusting his tie. Amethio rolls his eyes due to her actions but let’s her anyway, being used to Y/N’s behavior after working with her so much…

After she is done adjusting his tie, Y/N crosses her arms proudly. “Now you look more like a gentleman. Let’s move on to our next course of action… shall we?” Amethio nods and the both of them turn their attention back to the academy.

They head inside, Amethio opening the door for Y/N to get in first. Y/N then sees a woman who she assumes is a faculty member. She gestures to Amethio that they should ask the lady where Liko is, which he agrees.

“Good evening, Miss.” Y/N stands in front of her and gives her a small nod, she turns to them, pausing her cleaning. “Hello.” She greets politely, a gentle look on her face.

“Pardon us. We’re here to visit a student. We have all the necessary paperwork here.” Amethio steps more closer to the staff and reached in his suit to get the papers, handing it to her.

“Let’s see. Hmm.” She says, then Liko herself comes from a door. The faculty members looks at the papers and sees she’s here already. Amethio and Y/N both notice this, he looks at her from the corner of his eyes while Y/N fully turns her head to see her. 

“Oh, she’s right here. Liko, you have visitors.” Liko stops herself from moving so she could see who it was. Amethio turns his body to face her entirely, lowering his head a little. Y/N gives her a small wave and a smile.

“How are you today, Miss Liko? Aw, your Sprigatito is adorable… may I pet them?” Y/N points at the Pokémon in Liko’s arms.

”I’m fine and sure… though I’m the only one who touched Sprigatito but, you can try…” Liko says hesitantly while Sprigatito reacts a bit curious, meowing a bit.

Y/N bends down a bit and pets Sprigatito’s head, the Pokémon purring at her soft touch. This makes them lean more to Y/N’s hand, but Y/N pulls back shortly after.

Y/N smirks at Amethio, knowing that he was looking… to be exact, glaring at her the moment she asked to pet Sprigatito because she’s not focusing on what they’re supposed to do. He stops and turns to Liko again. “Nice to meet you.”

“Yes… May I ask who you two are?” Liko questions, tilting her head slightly. Unlike what Sprigatito was feeling towards Y/N, they glare at Amethio. They immediately got agitated by him, clearly sensing something about Amethio.

“Your grandmother sent us here to personally deliver a letter.” Amethio says and Y/N reaches in her suit for the it, giving it to her. The faculty member leaving so they can discuss by themselves.

“A letter?” Liko questions, taking the letter from Y/N hesitantly. She starts feeling suspicious about the letter and the two messagers. Liko blinks before looks at them both, trying to see if there’s anything abnormal.

Liko steps closer to them to question them. “Um, but…“ Instead, she gets interrupted by Amethio. “She said you’d be suspicious.” He says, reaching his hand a little. 

“She also said that you should bring your pendant along with you.” Y/N says, trying to help him out in explaining. Sprigatito hisses at Amethio, moving a bit in Liko’s arms.

Liko lowers the letter and scolds Sprigatito for growling. “Sprigatito, that’s not very nice.” Sprigatito realizes and frowns.

“I’ll go get ready. Please just wait here.” Liko says, looking at them one last time before heading into her dorm. Y/N and Amethio’s glazes stay on her but Y/N speaks up. “Take your time, don’t worry.”

Amethio looked at her annoyed, but Y/N smirks at him once more. “What? It’s only normal for girls her age to take their time on things.” Y/N chuckles and leans her head on his shoulder playfully, Amethio just scoffs.

Y/N sighs and lifts her head back up. “Fine, let’s go check on her, like you said… we don’t have time to idle…”

Amethio knocks while Y/N leans on her door, saying. “Are you almost done in there, Liko?” They don’t hear her speak but some thudding are heard instead. This makes Y/N and Amethio seem suspicious of Liko.

He knocks once more, Y/N stepping a bit back from the door. “Miss Liko?” he says before forcefully opening the door and getting inside. They see that Liko is gone away from them but are unsurprised that she chose to flee.

“She should’ve just come with us quietly.” Amethio says, Y/N adding up. “My compliments though, being able to sense something about us… especially someone like me. Too bad her Sprigatito got fooled.” Y/N chuckles and her Rotom Phone comes out.

“She’s running, block her escape. Amethio and I are coming.” Y/N orders to her comrades. The duo start walking to find Liko as well.

The associates, Onia and Zirc, are looking out for her and securing the area. Onia stops when she hears Y/N’s voice. “Have you found her yet?” She asks from her Rotom Phone.

“No, but she’s hiding somewhere.” Onia responses, looking around in where the spot she is in. “So troublesome.” Amethio says, Y/N giggles as she hears his annoyance. “She will yield, it’s only a matter of time until then…”

Onia notices her and gasps. “She’s on the rooftop!” She says as Liko starts fleeing. Zirc runs to the there and confronts her. “There she is!” Sprigatito faces Zirc, growling.

“Let’s go! Now, Rhydon!” Zirc takes out his Pokéball and throws it to send his Pokémon. ”Rhydon?” Liko says then sees Sprigatito readying for battle, she hestiants first but then gets serious. “Sprigatito, use Leafage!” She reaches her hand, telling her Pokemon.

Sprigatito uses that move but it has no effect, Zirc laughs and claims. “You think can defeat Rhydon with that pathetic move?”

“He’s right, we don’t have to defeat it. Sprigatito, one more time, Leafage!” Liko orders and Spriagatito does it again but this time, the move lands on Rhydon’s eyes, blinding them. Sprigatito jumps on top of the Pokémon and it emits a sweet scent that makes Rhydon fall asleep.

Sprigatito lands on a rooftop and Liko cheers, Zirc checking on his Pokémon. “Sprigatito, you did it!” Her Pokémon meows and Liko realizes they need to go. “Okay, time to move!” Climbing on the rooftop too and then runs with them.

Zirc returns his Rhydon. Onia, Amethio, and Y/N then come on to the rooftop where he is. “Where did she go?” Amethio asks and Zirc responses, “She’s up on the roof.” He faces where Liko is and the three look at the direction.

“Ah, there she is… well done, Zirc. Now let’s put in end to this dance.” Y/N gestures before gently grabing Amethio’s hand and holding it to get to Liko together. His face flushes but he quickly masks it.

“Quit holding my hand…” Amethio orders her but he doesn’t let go of her. “Quickly and swiftly now, Amethio… can you two keep up as well?” Both Onia and Zirc give each other a confused look before then smiling and then follows them.

As they get closer to Liko, Y/N lets go of Amethio’s hand. The four of them corner her on the rooftop. “Hold it!” Amethio says and Y/N stands next to him but behind a bit.

Onia and Zirc stay at a small distance from Y/N and Amethio. Liko gets startled when she sees them, not being able to move more to get away from since there is a gap between the roofs she was trying to escape.

“We won’t do anything that will hurt you, Miss Liko.” Y/N tries to comfort her, Liko looking a bit calm when she said that but Amethio then follows up. “If you just give us the pendant.” This makes Liko clutch on her pendant and backing away from them more.

They stand there for a bit until suddenly, a man, named Friede, appears from the sky. He was wearing pilot goggles on and was riding a Charizard, he swoops down from to intercept while laughing. “I found you!” He exclaims as he quickly lands and causes wind.

Before Friede did that, Amethio immediately went to hold Y/N in his arms so he protect her. Y/N notices this but is more focus on who that man was that but still clutches on his suit.

Once Friede gets off of Charizard, Amethio lets go of Y/N and steps forward. “And you might be?” Amethio says Friede replies to him as he takes off his pilot goggles. “I could ask you the same thing.”

Friede tosses his hair and puts a hand on his hip, slightly titling his head. “I’ve got business with that girl here.”

“We do as well. Therefore, we’ll settle this with a battle.” Amethio reaches for his Pokéball. He was almost about to throw it before Y/N grabs his wrist, stopping him.

“What are you doing? Don’t interfere.” Amethio says while trying to let go of her grip. Y/N smiles at him making him stop his actions. “You underestimate me, Amethio, let me battle this one.” Y/N asks softly and lets go of his wrist, taking out her Pokéball.

”I… but, Y/N-“ Y/N makes him store his Pokéball back and interrupts him. “I always pick your side because I know it’s the winning one, so trust me on this…”  Y/N assures him, Amethio was about to go against it again. But he rethinks about it, sighing before nodding and letting her be in front. “P/N!” Y/N spends out her P/N, who takes a battle stance. Friede smiles and getting excited, his Charizard as well.

“I was hoping you’d say we could have a battle! Guess I’m just battling with the elegant lady instead!” Y/N slightly chuckles at Friede’s friendly compliment, while Amethio glares at him for saying that.

Onia and Zirc goan and try to battle with Y/N but Amethio stops them. “No, stay back, Y/N will take care of this herself… I know she can.” Their comrades gasp a bit but follows what Amethio said, trusting him and Y/N. Y/N mouths a “Thank you” to Amethio and he nods from her response.

“Use, P/M!” Y/N says and P/N goes forward to Charizard. “Charizard, Flamethrower!” Charizard aims it at P/N and it lands. This causes smoke and glass windows from the build they are on, breaks from impact. “P/N! Use P/M!” Y/N orders but Friede also tells Charizard to use a move. “Charizard, use Dragon Claw!”

P/N attacks first but Charizards blocks it with Dragon Claw, P/N gets in the air from the move. The Pokémon then lands on the ground and attacks using the same move they were using before. Charizard dodges it again and then uses Flamethrower once more on P/N. P/N is able to block it as well with their move and dodges when Charizards tries landing on top of P/N. P/N tries attacking again but Charizard dodges and gets near Friede, doing a roar. 

Liko and Sprigatito watches the battle go on, but she notices one of P/N attacks accidentally hitting the building, and realizes that they’re going to damage the academy. The two both decide to escape from the chaos but Zirc tries to sneak from behind them and stop them. Sprigatito sees this and gets on top of him, kicking him off a bit as Liko climbs up to get away.

They reach to a building, hiding behind it as the battle between Friede and Y/N continues. There’s happens to be a big jump to the next rooftop she has to go to. Liko hesitates about it but Sprigatito seems to tell her that they have to. “Yeah, I know. I’m on it.” Liko looks at her Pokémon and replies with worry, then looking back to the gap, readying herself.

Friede sees Liko is not where she was before and finds out she’s now on another roof. “What? What’s she doing there?” Y/N spots her as well and tries to take this opportunity to use a move on his Charizard. “Use, P/M!” Y/N orders while Liko and Sprigatito try to make the big jump.

Charizard manages to dodge P/N’s move but it briefly touches Friede and then was about to hit Liko. “Miss Liko!” Y/N yells unconsciously, scared that she will get hurt mid air. Just before it happens, a strange green light appears from her pendant and a shield envelops both her and Sprigatito. All of them looking at Liko, being stunned at what just happened.
