Pizza: 3 slices American Flatbread Cheese and Herb
Temperature: 2 slices reheated in air fryer 1 slice cold
Thoughts: Reheated was pretty good. Almost on par with last night. I was hoping the bottom of the slices would crisp up a little more as they without any sauce they were pretty soft and more like cheesy bread than a slice of pizza. The flavor though was still excellent. The top of one slice did get a little over cooked and was enjoyable but the middle slice was the best, so maybe it was fortunate that the bottoms didn’t end up getting crispy.
The cold slice also had pros and cons. It was a little more dense of a slice than the reheated ones. So that was a con. A pro was that the garlic and herb flavor was much more prevalent here than in the reheated slice. The end crust though was not very good cold. It was the worst version of in between hard and soft. It was very weird. I would crunch into it and then it would be chewy but also kind of stale. It was odd.

Pizza: 3 slices American Flatbread Cheese and Herb
Temperature: Fresh from oven
Thoughts: This was not as good as the last one I had. Granted it’s been in my freezer for a while. I let it thaw before cooking. I cooked it for a little over 6 minutes (suggested to be 5 - 8 minutes) and it was still a little dried out. Overall it was still very enjoyable. The ingredients they use are excellent. It’s some of the best cheese and crust I’ve had in frozen pizza, but it’s been better than it was tonight.

Pizza: 1 slice American Flatbread basil pesto and feta
Temperature: 1 cold
Thoughts: Just like yesterday this was surprisingly good. Still very greasy, but it actually helps. Typically cold pizza is dry, but the oil keeps the pizza moist and not so much of a trial to eat. This piece was better then the one I had yesterday. It was not as much work to chew and the flavor was still excellent. I wouldn’t say that this piece was significantly better, but it was more enjoyable.
