Let’s Try! “American Onion Snack” AMEONI

American + Onion = Ameoni creative.

Anyway, this is based on the “bloomin’ onion” that I’ve heard about, but never tasted. The hubby has though - and so I sought out his opinion.

There were two flavors available: Onion Consomme and Sour Cream. Of course I chose Sour Cream - that being my favorite. As you can see from the pictures, the individual chip is a mimicry of a bloomin’ onion, and it’s pretty cute! It has a slightly more onion-y sour cream and onion flavor that I found to be very pleasing. My hubby says that it’s a decent replica of the food item it claims to be, flavor-wise and also liked it quite a bit.
