the sims 3 base game had the medical career and when ts3:Ambitions came out (the expansion pack which was the first in the sims series to let you actually go to work and follow your sims around at work) they updated the medical career to take advantage of that like they couldve done that w/ ts4 theyve literally done it before...... like nothing in "get to work" is a new concept and dont get me wrong returning to the classic eps of sims games gone by is gr8 give me seasons right now so help me god but im still mad they made the base game so base altho they did the same w/ ts3 so what can we expect rly ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
