Amelia was good at her job. Having come from a long line of lawyers, one might say that the young woman was a natural at what she did. And with modesty in mind, she couldn’t agree more. She was proud to be where she was today, as the journey wasn’t easy. But not everyone is as fortunate to say that they genuinely enjoy their job.Â
With that being said, working wasn’t always a walk in a park. She may have been good at what she did, but that didn’t mean that some clients weren’t a headache. Obviously you can’t win them all, but that really isn’t the best mindset when the point of her career was to kind of win anything.Â
Nonetheless, today was a new day. Today, she had a new client, who had been referred to her by a close friend at the station. Amelia had arrived right on time, walking through the door with a bright smile on her face, making her way towards the person whom she assumed was the face of her new case.Â
