I made it to London for tattoo consultations today and swung by the Superhuman exhibition at the Wellcome Collection afterwards which was great. It mostly covered how technology is being used throughout history to improve ourselves which is something I've always been interested in. Amongst all the objects being exhibited they had two Ambroise Pare books on show which I was stoked about. The last year I've been pretty fascinated by his illustrations and work on prosthetics and have a couple of them tattooed so it was ace to see the original texts.
Here's a link to the Wellcome Collection's website. Hands down one of my favourite places to visit in London. The curating is always great for each exhibition. http://www.wellcomecollection.org/visit-us.aspx?gclid=CJLiv4Or_LECFYcntAod5RcAsA
