Funkelwald is a forest where many different types of mushrooms and herbs can be found. In the evening a lot of fireflies come out, which is how the forest got its name.

Happy Halloween everyone!

With this Illu of Mary and Amanda in their Halloween costumes, OC-tober is finished! I am so happy I was able to participate and expand on my little worldbuilding project^^

I found a lot of new artists with cool ocs to follow and I finally found a coloring style that I like for my sketches! (I am really excited about this, because I honestly like this style more at the moment than my finished illustrations from before ^^' And it is so much quicker and more fun! So I think I'll stick for it for a while. I have tons of sketches that I didn't know what to do with before and now I really want to give them some color :) !)

Despite their different backgrounds, they became friends for life.

Amanda had her cat Minka ever since she was little. Later in life she also takes care of Minka's kid.

Actually, their mother strictly forbids any races while flying on a broom.
