Had a sudden mini-meltdown around 330am (hysterical, agitated, and wanted to hurt myself badly just to spite someone else -- not a good combination). Took my ativan, turned my fan on high (big wind and white noise), and found some quiet classical piano music. Nibbled a cheese stick and played a pachinko-like game on my phone. After 2 hours I actually felt better. Got up again and returned to low-key housework. With my luck, that exact formula for self-soothing will never work again. :P
