Sometimes, questioning a kin- or theriotype can be very confusing and overwhelming, and you don't even know where to start. that is what I want to help you with! :)
I love researching animals and already have a fair share of animal knowledge, so I've decided to use this passion for something helpful. On here, I will post information about different animal species: at the top of each post I will add some pictures of the animal and general basic info about the species. under the cut, I will compile more in-depth information, including but not limited to subspecies and generally more detailed info on behaviour and physical appearances.
these posts take a long time to make, so for now I'll aim for one post every other week, if I manage to do more, awesome! :)
you can request information on a specific animal species, just send an ask! but, for a quick overview, here are the species I for now plan to make posts about (not in order of planning to post):
wolves
dogs
cats (small)
cats (big)
horses
deer
hares and bunnies
sharks
snakes
foxes
owls
other birds of prey
corvids
of course there are a lot more animals in existence, but the main purpose of this blog is to give (questioning) therians a quick and reliable overview on the species they're questioning, which is why I for starters will focus on the (apparently) more common therian-species. but as I said, you can of course request other animals as well! :)
so much for an overview, if there are any questions left, my askbox is open! :)
lastly, disclaimer: I am not a biologist or anything, I use google for research. if I make any mistakes, please gently point them out - I want this info to be as accurate and correct as possible! also, all images are either mine or plucked from wikipedia directly, which will also be my main source for information (plus what I already have stored in ym brain lol)
