a bit of a rant I've wanted to go on for a while.
As someone who genuinely couldn't care less about what other people do, I still find the latent sexualization of gear, SPECIFICALLY feline themed gear to outside communities to be really really uncomfortable.
The way so many feline aesthetics are boiled down to hyperfeminine, pastel catgirl maid shit is deeply frustrating, especially as an Afab enby person.
It makes me feel that im genuinely unable to express that side of myself without opening myself up to being sexualized by strangers just for being myself.
I don't know.
Just thinking out loud here.
it's so frustrating not being able to find anything related to who I am. I know I'm more or less the only one in the market for it, but I just hardly have the energy to put together cohesive posts...
