Altair Scarlett!

He’s twisted from Iago and is probably my most developed oc because I just keep making them and never bother to do anything.

A macaw beastman hailing from the wetter areas of the Sunset Savannah, Altair is an aspiring musician and a first year at Nrc who became friends with Cal and joined their group.

Outgoing, short fused and with no indoor voice, he’s the type of guy everyone has a distinct reaction to when he walks in. Often that reaction is exasperation. Despite his (relatively) easygoing nature, he doesn’t suffer fools and doesn’t hesitate to let people know, even if he doesn’t hold malice towards them, they’re still getting on the receiving end of some snark. He’s also quite a bit smarter than people tend to assume, being a good planner and surprisingly sneaky.

His signature spell is called Harpy Song, and it lets him perfectly copy any voice, stretching his range so he’s able to reach every note.

In case my handwriting is unreadable, the notes say:

•(arrow pointing to the spot of colour) natural hair colour

•dyes his hair and leaves the Scarabia bathrooms bright blue 💀

•used to bind with bandages, binder gifted by Cal

•wings regularly clipped pre nrc by mother, cut by aunt one time but went too far

•cuts holes into most of his clothes so his wings fit (he hates it)
