okay so i’ll level w you i am also a depressed teen but i’ll try to help!
to deal with anxiety/depression usually try to force myself into a routine.. it’s grueling and it doesn’t always work but it feels nice to ground yourself and give ur body something to do while ur mind is a fuck
exercise, do schoolwork, as terrible as it is STUDY (or just watch videos involving whatever thing ur learning.. every bit helps), practice self care (even minor stuff like filing ur nails or moisturizing lmao), etc
most importantly, give yourself time to relax. listen to music, play games, watch youtube/netflix/???, browse… peaceful websites… it’s okay to isolate yourself if things become too much, and remember your friends are always there for you (even if it feels like they aren’t just remember people like being interacted with as much you do! unless u don’t.. idk lol)
if you’re worried about school or your future, just try to worry about you in the present as you are now. don’t think about tomorrow, think about today, and what u can do to help yourself today. every bit of good you do for yourself now will pay off. and remember change takes time, and that’s okay!

Have you ever considered going on anxiety disability? I don't know if you're working or if a conventional job would even work for you... Your family seems stressed on funds, I think it'd be good for you if approved. I love your blog, I'm sorry you have to go through things like this.
not really like i dont think i’d mind getting a job, and i havent decided if i was going to go back to school or not for something i’d like more. my mom is the only one that works besides my stepdad because she’s the only one with a car and can drive. i just idk about getting a job like sometimes my anxiety is like nooooo and other times im like? this town is like the size of a nickel so maybe it wouldn’t be so bad?
idk. i’ll probably go back to school and do all online classes and hope my mom doesnt keep yelling at me abt doing nothing. i want to focus on writing and self publishing a book online mostly but every day my mom is like “nobody does anything around here!” and its like i’m sorry??? just bc you dont know every little thing i do doesnt mean i do nothing :/
