like even in its ‘best case’ scenario any groundwork for legally protected incest will run into a cannibalism situation where like the one-in-a-quintillion justifiable scenario WILL be able to exist but any societal machinery used to do so will be exploited to capacity to work against what made the initial scenario even remotely justifiable because those are the societal forces actively pushing for it
