I’m sorry that watching these readings is exhausting for you - I’m unsure of what I can do to improve on that, unless you have any advice/suggestions? the lighting, focus, and direction I film are all things that will be changing for next time :)

Yes, of course. They are called Essential tremors. (X, here’s a link to better know what they are.) I have had them all my life. When I was a child my doctor told me I had them. They tried to put me on medicine for them, but the side effects of short term memory loss and drowsiness were too much to handle so I was taken off of it. Last time I checked there hasn’t been great improvement in the way of medication for this condition sadly.  

If you believe he may have them I would highly suggest checking this out with your doctor to make sure the tremors are not a symptom of something more serious. Hopefully it isn’t. If it is Essential tremors it’s something they can learn to adapt to. I know stress, lack of sleep, and caffeine can make them worse.   

For me most days only my hands shake, but on bad days it can feel like my whole body is shaking like a leaf. Thankfully those days are rare, but when they happen it can make doing simple tasks very difficult. Eating on those days are the worst. As I said before you can learn to adapt to them. I’ve learn to do things in ways that a super steady hand isn’t needed. (Most of those tricks are for putting on my makeup.lol) 

Not much is known about Essential tremors. Though I have been told my doctors that it can be hereditary, which would explain mine since both my grandmothers and my aunt have them as well. Thankfully Essential tremors isn’t a disease that the tremors are caused by. I know I am in good health and still have them. It’s just a part of who I am now and my life.
