101 to 81 SORRY FOR THE NAKEDNESS (and the monologue) but today I successfully got to a milestone loss of 20kg since my heaviest at 101kg. This is the first time I’ve been this light at a healthy state. I touched on it when I was pretty ill earlier this year but a lot of positive change and a determination to succeed I’m here, happier and more positive than I think I’ve ever been. This isn’t due to a fad diet or cutting anything at all (other than Greggs) out. I make better choices but mainly, I just row. Thats it. I row as much as I can and drink a lot of water. I eat like a pig and drink like a fish but I never miss a training row. If I miss it on the day I’ll do extra the day after. Sometimes to my peril admittedly… Special thanks to anyone thats put up with me in the last year in any form. Especially the small crew of Train Indoor Rowers that have let me flail and scream and cry around @trainmanchester since February. Skies the limit. ✊️ #almostgotabs #erglife #concept2 #trainirc (at Train Manchester)
