I’ve been feeling a lot of anxiety esp at night about when I’ll go into labour...sort of like I’m standing on a trap door and I have no idea when it will open or how I will fall,will I hurt myself, will It be scary, can I handle it, etc but I’m trying to think of it like In Harry Potter when harry Ron and hermione fall into that massive vine plant thing that constricts and strangles them when they struggle and panic but as soon as they relax, it all gets better/releases them.
