I actually recently discussed this with some treasured mutuals!!

Johnny has commemorative tattoos— things like important dates, the number of the first military group he served in, the day he enlisted, stuff like that. He also has terrible fading stick n pokes, as well as some drunk dare tattoos. Man will straight up toss anybody 50 quid if they say they can ink him up. Gloves optional. And yes, he does get infections.

Ghost’s tattoos are all in symbology. They’re things he can decipher that no one else can. They represent the things important to him, many of which are now lost.

Gaz has tattoos that are much more aesthetically motivated and subtle. Natural things with curves of movement that have a flow to them, usually. Twisting tree limbs, koi. His tattoos tend to be more elaborate and deliberate— he’s very selective about artists and his pieces tend to take multiple sessions.

Gonna be real I looked up this brand and….. aside from their kente pieces, I think this swimwear is 1)kinda ugly (just a personal opinion) and B) too reliant on waxed vagina!! On a good chunk of the designs, anyways. Again— the kente stuff is BEAUTIFUL. But their solid colored swimwear….

Here is how he dresses you up for summer!

He starts with a very breathable cotton for underwear. Something lightweight and practical.

Then, some shorts to protect against any chafing/chub rub. Something you can move in— like bike shorts.

Followed by a skirt or some very loose linen pants— something flowing and airy with a freeing sensation

He likes to layer your top, starting with a tank top and then a casual button-up short sleeve on top. This gives you a lot of styling options, and you can take off the outer shirt if you get hot.

A wide brimmed sun hat is wonderful, but he can also easily be swayed to a boater hat instead, or a parasol. He loves a parasol.

And yes, he doesn’t like to skimp when it comes to your protection! He buys a very well formulated, milky-cream sunscreen and applies it himself. There’s a separate one for your face that’s a little gentler, too. He remembers to reapply every so often.

Imagine them coming home from a long deploy, just in time for christmas and seeing a bright green tree shaped bush 🎄🎄

Nikolai loves it because he’s a very festive person, no matter the occasion. He would love anything you do to make a day stand out from just a normal day of the year.

Soap can’t help but think it’s dead cool. He’s a little mad he didn’t think of it first.

Gaz doesn’t mind it. He’s not totally sure why you do it considering that no one is going to see it but him, but he likes that you’re expressing yourself.

Price isn’t necessarily against it but he doesn’t love it. He’s mostly worried about the dye/coloring and if it’s safe. Especially if you have darker hair— the idea of anything resembling peroxide coming close to your nethers…. That makes a shiver run up his spine.

You know, I’ve gone back and forth over this in my mind.

I think he’s a little more strict about where he smokes in his place— that’s for the balcony only. He doesn’t want his place to smell like weed, and he has Lizaveta’s health to consider.

I kind of imagine reader doesn’t have much interest in it, though, and Nikolai is keen to that. When you’d partake before, it was to be polite/social. Also I imagine your boyfriend was kind of annoying when he got high and it put you off of it lol.

While you’re allowed to do what you want, and he’d supply you if you asked, he likes it better that you don’t. Mostly because he’d hate for you to be accused of fucking the weed man for weed, basically. Your ex, for example, has to reckon with the fact that you definitely didn’t go off with Nikolai for that.

And he is aware that he takes advantage of people wanting to cope with their lives. People who are so desperate that they’ll trade away anything. It does hurt his heart a little to imagine you in a position like that.

Like imagine he walks in on you playing stardew valley and he’s like “who is that guy in your house” and you’re like “that’s my husband Shane” like not only is he offended that some virtual bastard popped the question before he did (and you said yes!!!) but also he’s like what do you see in him??? He’s nothing like me!!

He introduces you to overwatch thinking you’ll like hazard cause he’s this ripped Scottish bad boy with a mohawk and you’re like “heehee reaper is cute. He kinda reminds me of Simon” like you’re literally making your boyfriend throw himself upon his own blade in utter despair
