So. Our employer, today actively put us in a corner in a personnel talk, access to Grounding was denied, anything was talked down we said and we found us being extremely close to a meltdown. Then they forcefully transported us to a psychiatric hospital, stating we were a danger for ourselves and what not. The psychologist at the hospital had a different opinion. A devastating judgment for a health service provider who we're working for, ignoring every single rule when dealing with people with KNOWN autism. And then they wonder why one suddenly is all worked up almost exploding. Even worse, when you try to explain your conditions based on scientific evidence, all they did was not believe us, talk us down, verbaly forced us to try to call our own psychologist who we knew was sick and not available.
We're already assigned for a lot of treatments, have therapy ongoing, are on a waiting list for a specialized hospital for DID and CPTSD, but no of course a fucking small village hospital will make a difference for a country wide known special hospital for patients like us and could do something to speed the waiting up. Of course. (not...)
The psychologist at the local hospital sent us home not even one and a half hour after entering the hospital. Was completely out and about how we were treated, couldn't believe how they could do that, even doubting their own sanity for pressuring us in this way only to find a way to pathologize us.
We'll have to make a decision. Due to our disorders we don't have a lot of education to work with, change of employer is hard due to financial dependencies. But there have to be consequences. Suing isn't an option because of, again, financial reasons.
Oh and the only person getting a question of "how are you" was the person we live with who's in a relationship with one alter of our system. Nobody asked about us being literally deported to a hospital against our will.
Well, in the end you learn who really cares about you. Actions have consequences. And this time we will take consequences. This was too much.
