This royal blue, one coater is called #allthewave from Essie's Spring 2017 Collection. I received this polish for review from @essiepolish and @preendotme as part of the #preenmevip program. I honestly only used one coat. It was very easy to get even coverage. This #nailpolish has a very high shine finish when dry, but I used a QDTC to protect it.
