               ok. this was something you didn't                     run into very often. there had been                     another man that looked just like him,                     and to say the detective was confused                     was the biggest understatement                     someone could think of. now would                     have been a brilliant time to say something                     grumpy or the what-not, but it was                     just silent on carver's end.
