Perseguido por los recuerdos de la muerte de su único hijo, Hamnet, Shakespeare hace todo lo posible por arreglar la relación con su mujer e hijas. No será fácil, dado que para ello primero debe aceptar su propio fracaso como padre y marido, además de lidiar con los problemas familiares que quiso dejar atrás en el pasado.

I'm going to show how uneducated I am. As much as I know of William Shakespeare, I don't know of him. I've heard of some of his plays, I have nor watched anything that has his name attached but I do not understand his significance in the arts. Watching this, it gave me an insight on the famous poet. All is true is a fictional telling on Shakespeare's final days. When he comes home and mourns for his son when he never had the chance to and having to rebuild the love of his family. It's almost quite heartbreaking,seeing grief fill the story. Watching a father be lied to on how his side died,being lied to about the brilliance of his son and having to mourn alone. It's interesting to learn that the Shakespeare's weren't painted as saints like biopics depict their star.
