i'm cheating quite a bit because i'm posting 2 things + more than one line, but one's something i'm doing on the Big Screen (ellipsus on the laptop) and one's something i'm doing on the Little Screen (phone notes app) sooooooooooo whatever.

Estella Rodriguez is something of an intimidating woman. She makes Daniela another espresso while the men get ready for the day, sprucing and primping. Daniela's used to whipping through her morning routine in the driver's seat of her car while eating breakfast and on a phone call. She can multitask.

& something i'm vaguely picking at based on a comment on a fic:

Isaac winds his arms around her and Scott and tucks all three of them together into a big lump. He pushes Scott's head under his chin and presses his face into Allison's hair. Allison sniffs, and lets herself be wrapped up in her boys in bed.

Allison knows what Scott's asking, is the thing, as fumbling a job as he is doing of it. She knows what he means. It's been years of her life without Scott or Isaac. She's a different person, now, than she was when she was a teenage girl and in love with both of them. Still … still … Still, even all this time later, they are easy men to love.

Allison wakes one morning with the nagging feeling that she's misplaced something important. OR: the last semester of senior year, scott was taken by the ghost riders. in france, allison and isaac forget him.
