#allergy issues

Masks seem to be the way to go today. These days upon days of 10+ pollen index are killing me. Today is 11 out of 12 here

What makes me mad is when the ingredients says "natural flavors". WHICH ONES?? I've seen stuff saying it's naturally strawberry falvored, but the flavoring they used is like plum juice or something like that. Why can't we just say what we're putting in our food??

Do... do they realise... milk is... dairy?

I don’t know what the hell they were using to clean the backroom at work yesterday, but it set off one of the WORST allergy attacks I’ve had in recent memory. Seriously, I was a complete wreck. Not only was my head basically a faucet, but I was sneezing so laugh I’m pretty sure you could hear it from clear across the store. Thankfully, they allowed me to go home early- though only after I’d finished my nightly chores- and I’m feeling a lot better today. Still, that was an ordeal and a half.

I can't take Zyrtec because it doesn't do much for me, same goes for Benadryl and if I did take Benadryl I would have to take 3 or 4 just to have any effect. I take Claritin which does an okay job but sometimes I would still have small allergy attacks. I would just be sitting on a couch and I would start sneezing like crazy. I would wake up in the middle of the night and get a random allergy attack spell. And this is usually only after hours of taking Claritin that is supposed to last 24 hours. I am allergic to dust, mold, pollen, and even floral scented detergent, hair and skin products and candles. I am not allergic to dogs. I just don't get it. I'm seriously about to make an appointment AGAIN and see if I can get a prescribed medication for allergies (if they even have a thing like that). It seems like medicine that's on shelves doesn't do me much justice and I'm tired of having these random attacks. Does anyone else have this issue?
