Oh boy this is a big one, it took like a week and a half. It’s Fading Faith’s Riverclan, in order from leader, deputy, medicine cats, then everyone from oldest to youngest until the elder Blackbriar (RIP Palebelly).Â
Riverclan is the biggest clan with 34 total cats, and this is thanks to the fact that overall it’s a very healthy clan, usually having enough food even in leaf-bare. The bigger fish tend to stay to the middle of the lake in leaf-bare, and it’s too cold to swim, but the fish in the streams and lakeshore as enough to keep the clan fed. Having all that water also means Riverclan is very rarely attacked and Ripplestar the peacekeeper doesn’t jump to battle until absolutely necessary.Â
This health has promoted a unique trend for Riverclan cats of both having kits later in life and retiring later in life. It’s not unusual for Riverclan cats to have their first litter as senior warriors and staying warriors for far longer than other clans.Â
Riverclan cats are known for their thick, plush fur that is double coated, a trait they adapted to keep them warm while swimming, as well as helping the water slide off them like otters. The exceptions being cats like Sparkfur, cats who were found abandoned and welcomed into Riverclan. Ripplestar is known for being very welcoming to cats in need, especially kits.Â
