Put your thang down, flip it, and reverse it. Whenever I have stepped away from my practice momentarily, I return with break throughs, firsts, and new perspectives within the practice. Inversions can feel like a struggle with a booty to heavy to lift.. but keep doing the preps, keep reaching, and suddenly.. effortlessly.. the body simply floats. Inversions are more about the empty space between my thoughts. That space is forced wide open when upside down. Focus on breath and stillness must be complete.
