Argh, this reminds me of my struggles to get an angular 2 app working alongside my existing angular 1 app. I've tried three separate Fridays to configure some voodoo magic that satisfies the requirements and compilation steps to transpile Angular2 and my app down to proper ES5 , and failed three times, getting lost in es6-module-loader and System.JS and picking a proper traceur module format that would work for both my existing app and the new stuff. Although, I think I have just thought of another strategy to try (just take the ng2 stuff song its own build pipeline, separate from my existing app), so perhaps I'll dedicate my next Friday to that :).
