#alignment practice

When I first started learning about the chakras, It made my headspin with trying to learn about crystals, what mudras & mantras i was supposed to use, was i supposed to do a ton of yoga each day to keep up, What was I actually supposed to focus on?

It kinda drove me crazy so over the years, I drastically simplified it by connecting Limited belief mindset work to Meeting our Emotional Needs.

The fact is the chakras can be very simple, the problem comes in when we're not being consistent with healing them, not learning what to focus on directly that will drastically move the needle forward and getting out of that looping cycle of  I need to fix this & this &  spend a month focused on healing this particular wound before i can take action. 🤦‍♀️

Let me know if this sounds familar: ▲ you spend months working on healing the same thing over and over again but nothing is really shifting as you're fixating on the wound ▲ You're obsessing about limited beliefs and fall down the blackhole of healing/trauma/shadow work but can't escape out of it like quicksand you sink deeper and deeper ▲ You hear that feng shui will heal all your problems so you drastically purge your house and only feel like you're moving a pebble vs a boulder out of the way in terms of what you do.

The hugest thing I see on the healing journey is our energy is not pointed in the right direction - we're frantically obsessing about our problems.

And as a result we are very, very inconsistent with our healing practice because we're not reaching for a sustainable practice. We're focusing on CLEARING not Empowering that channel. In other words, we're focused on the Lack of healing, not the abundance of healing.

A sustainable practice is rooted in: ▲ Emotionally Empowering that Chakra ▲ Focusing on what you do want not what you don't want ▲ Consistency, repetition & habitual Practice to water and nurture your emotional needs

When people feel disoriented, they usually try to fix it. They think harder. They move faster. They seek reassurance. This almost never restores alignment.
