Just thinking how project hail Mary is like the exact opposite of the alien movies.
When the universe outside of earth (without man made boundaries) is actually full of opportunity: hey. Love is real. Science can actually save people.

Idk man. Obvi diff films with incredibly diff tones but the fear of the unknown evolving thru 70s to 2020s is kind of epic wen u view these on a continuum.
