I really loved it! I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder (not as bad as Cath, but it’s still there) and I’m obviously hugely into fanfic, so it was really, really lovely to read about a protagonist that I could relate to like that. 

Reagan is an amazing character, I love her a lot. And Levi was a believable guy, for sure.

I found the pace a little slow to begin with, but over all it was an awesome read.

I can’t really articulate why, but I think my favourite scene out of the entire book was when Cath is wearing her Carry On t-shirt and she bumps into that girl in the library who reads it and they chat about the fic and how it compares to the series - just something about that interaction really resonated with me, and kind of reinforced all the good that fanfic and fandom does.

In part three of Alexis embarrasses herself I showed this to a friend of mine who wants to be a professional writer someday and she just wanted to ask how one sells their soul because obviously that’s how you wrote something this good only explanation

also: adult!piper interacting with leo. I feel like they’d have so much in common with their cynicism and how they channel it into humor. and I feel like they have a similar desire to just see the world burn for hurting them and just ugh their dynamic is just so fascinating for me
