After intercepting the head deer's final attack, Alex helped Amelia to a safe location. He's concerned about her safety and what might happen if he doesn't act fast. Her wounded abdomen started to bleed heavily; her fur was drenched from the rain and lost consciousness until he found a secure spot for her. She kept applying pressure to the wound the best she could while Alex removed the bullet and wrapped the bandage around her waist. While she was healed at the time being, Alex couldn't help but fear that the wound would be worse than anticipated. It was at that moment he had to help her and take her to the hospital.
