I WANNA SHARE SOMETHING WITH YOU GUYS PLEASE READ okay so sometimes i make up movies or stories in my head by daydreaming and i was thinking about disney live actions some days ago, and i think maleficent is a great one. why? because there's a plottwist that COULD have been in the animated version. it's not a total change, it's a smart developed version and i loved that so i was thinking about aladdin and what they could do to make the movie different from the animated one but still aladdin and i think i'd be sooo great if we could explore jafar's backstory like they did maleficent and here's my idea: jafar wasn't (obviously) evil. when he was a kid, he met this girl on the streets of agrabah, becoming close to her instantly and falling in love. though one day, that girl says she can't be with him because she's promised another and that someone is the sultan, duh, and she actually has feelings for the sultan so it isn't all forced. this motivates jafar to raise his rank and work his way up until he's finally the sultans counselor. and this also answers another question: how did jasmine's mom die? jafar poisoned her so that she'd die slowly because evil is triggered and its extreme so jafar finally takes the last step to complete evilness and that's why jafar wants the genie and overthrow the sultan thank you for reading, i wish i was a director
