Books are for nerds
The literature club: an unpopular little thing in this school, pathetic even compared to the other cultural clubs. The meeting room was delegated to a small room in the far corner of the building, no larger than a storage room. It was that room that Nue made for straight after school. Weaving through groups of students making their way to more popular clubs, the girl eventually made her way to an empty corridor, with the meeting room at the end.
Through a strange manner of unforeseeable circumstances, the chuuni had somehow become the ghost leader of said club. Normally she’d be jumping at the chance to lead her own servants into battle, if not for finding the members’ morale (and taste in books) extremely unfitting.
Still, the title was hers and she would exert the power as often as she wished. Like right now.
The door swung open, the slam from the backswing echoing through the empty hallway. “On your knees, knaves! Your great leader, the Grand Demon of Illusions, has graced you with her wondrous presence!”
