He treasures the Phoenix Whirlwind and it goes everywhere with him ... and when I say everywhere, I mean everywhere. Even going down to the corner shop requires the Turbo Gear.

He is named after Aker, an Egyptian God believed to be the protector of the sun god Ra. It also has A and K in it, letters that appear at the beginning of Kaiba and Jack’s surnames. I thought it was a nice reference.
