Y'all i need to vent, so i work as a cashier parttime and today i had the nightshift. Tell me why this one woman and her mother came to my checkout 1 minute before the store CLOSED and their 2!!!! carts were FULL TO THE BRIM.
After im done with everything its 10 minutes past my shift, this woman comes up and tries paying but doesnt know the pin to not 1 not 2 but ALL 3 OF HER CARDS SHE DIDNT HAVE THE PIN TO.
So im pissed at this point cause its dark and late and i have to take the subway home. This bitch takes her sweet time and says shit like "oh my god im so hot rn lemme take off this jaket" im like?!?!?!?!? Bitch the store is closed are u blind?!?! Ur the last one here!! hurry tf up and leave istg im not a violent person but i was so close to throwing hands.
Then she calls her dad and asks him to look up her pin, at this point this one security guy comes checking on me to see what the fuck is taking so long. He then proceeds to go off on her about the fact that she is being inconsiderate and keeping me from getting home (i thanked him afterwards we love him) and my manager comes over as well to try and get me out of there.
She reached her dad and he gave her the pin after 5 minutes of not picking up.
In a nutshell, my shift was supposed to be over at 9 but i left the bulding at 9:47 so yea thanks to that bitch i got home a full hour later than usual.
And its not like i have school tomorrow or something but it literally pisses me off so much that people like that even exist, like why do you take fucking cashiers for granted like that?
Some people dont even talk to me they think im a machine or something like i dont want to go home at the end of the day, or like i cant make mistakes.
The best fucking thing is when i tell customers something and they dont believe me so i call my manager and as soon as he backs up what i said they believe him but not me.
Fuck i hate people so much, seriously.
